Full-Stack Product
Fast, good-looking Next.js and React front ends wired to real back ends: auth, billing, realtime, and the unglamorous plumbing that makes a product actually ship.
I build products from the first commit to launch. Next.js and React up front, Rust and hardened Linux underneath.
I'm Shayan, a full-stack engineer who doesn't stop at the browser. I build interfaces in Next.js and React, run a SaaS CRM on a Debian server I look after myself, write coding tools in Rust, and post-train language models for specific jobs. Right now I'm the CTO at Nexxy, where I built the entire platform from first commit to production.
The common thread is control. Bring-your-own-key setups, self-hosted infrastructure, and software that behaves predictably, so the people using it stay in charge.
Fast, good-looking Next.js and React front ends wired to real back ends: auth, billing, realtime, and the unglamorous plumbing that makes a product actually ship.
Rust isn't a hobby for me. I write agents, CLIs, and systems tools in it when correctness, speed, and memory safety actually matter.
From hardened kernels to production Debian servers. I own the machines my software runs on, with no black-box PaaS standing in between.
Browser agents that can see the page, MCP servers, voice AI receptionists, and custom post-trained models. Built to run on your keys and your infrastructure.
A mix of products, tools, and infrastructure, from the browser all the way down to the operating system.
A custom post-trained model based on GLM 4.6, tuned for coding and tool use. It follows instructions more closely, writes cleaner diffs, and invents fewer APIs that don't exist.
A drop-in MCP server and skill pack that gives coding agents access to Agnes image and video generation models, plus site-building skills, all through one tool interface.
A Debian-based distro with a hardened kernel, GNOME and KDE Plasma editions, Wine set up out of the box, and Android apps running natively through Waydroid. It runs pretty much anything, anywhere.
I went from DevOps to full-stack developer to CTO, and each step added another layer of the stack I now own myself.
Chief Technology Officer
Designed and shipped Nexxy CRM from the ground up, an AI-first CRM for real estate and small businesses. I own the product, the infrastructure, and the AI engine behind it.
Full-Stack Developer
Built lead generation products and client-facing web apps, with a focus on performance, conversion, and clean component architecture.
Full-Stack Developer
Shipped full-stack features across several web platforms, from responsive front ends to APIs, integrations, and deployment pipelines.
DevOps Engineer
Looked after hosting, CI/CD, and servers for a portfolio of client sites. Hardened the Linux boxes and automated the deployments.
A full product, a Rust tool, an AI agent, or the Linux server underneath it all. If it needs to go from idea to production, I can take it there.
